SDH’s grade one training was one of the most exciting events for a sissy. Every sissy often fantasises about how to serve in a Femme-Domme household or of being in an FLR. Attending the grade one training made my dream come true. Under the tutelage of experienced Dommes and great proponents of high-protocol Femdom, this training was immensely educating, entertaining, exhilarating and exhausting (COMMITMENT - a maid works tirelessly on every aspect of herself to ensure that she pleases her Mistress). With the SDH story being told via excellent artwork on social media, The art felt like a storyboard for the event and i was anxiously waiting to attend the event. The event started with the make-up training session from Goddess Titania with the Matriarchs supervising the maids closely (EXCELLENCE - A maid strives for and achieves perfection in every aspect of her duties). This was the first time that i learnt the basics of make-up application and understood what would look good on my face, along with the proper order and correct method of application. Make-up was followed by dressing up in SDH maid uniform maid of purple satin dress and knickers, fishnet stockings and a garter belt, kitten heels and a must for a maid - an apron. After getting made up and dressed as a maid, it’s the maid’s duty to keep up the proper appearance at all times as the maid represents her Mistress. An inspection soon followed the dress-up and we were taught what to expect during the training and the points to remember as an inspection can happen as per the wishes of a Mistress (VIGILANT - maid is at all times looking for ways to help, support and serve her Mistress). During the inspection, we were fitted with a pink jeweled butt plug and a chastity cage. (SELFLESSNESS - a maid never thinks of herself, only of the happiness and well-being of her Mistress). In the afternoon, Mistresses had their lunch while the maids served. The presence of an excellent chef gave all the maids confidence to serve their Mistress. After clearing off the dishes, maids were given a break to rest their aching feet and freshen up their appearance.
It is tough to be a maid but in the presence of such great Mistresses, anyone would get motivated to keep serving. The heat was brutal, and the butt plug, corset, wig and heels were attacking me from many fronts, keeping up the makeup, stockings and aprons to the acceptable standard was very a difficult task. While correcting our mistakes, Mistresses were very kind towards the ordeals faced by the trainee maids and i personally welcomed the respite we got before the start of etiquette training. A sissy should be conscious of her environment and should always be vigilant of the presence of a Mistress, so as to serve her Mistress properly. The first aspect was one of the most crucial ones, the proper curtsy - how to do it and when to do it. A curtsy is a very important symbol of respect towards the Mistress (RESPECTFULNESS - maid’s every word and deed expresses her inferior status). Every sissy must embrace these proper etiquettes of Femme-Domme service and SDH was the best place to teach this. I, not only got the chance to learn these protocols but also the required amount of practice as Mistresses, even when busy, were observing each and every misstep one might have taken. (ETIQUETTE - maid deports herself both physically and verbally with perfect manners at all times). After learning the basics of sissification and maid duties, now came the turn for maid service. We were taught by an excellent chef how to make drinks for the Mistresses. After all a sissy maid is there to help, serve and support her Mistress. During this tutorial, I did fail to keep the butt plug in me, but our benevolent Mistresses did excuse my weakness. There might have been a point of demerit, but I don’t know as the maid only focuses on serving her Mistress selflessly and truthfully and not on her own scores. (INTEGRITY - maid acts at all times with complete honesty and truthfulness in her devotion to her Mistresses) Good service leads to good scores and not vice versa. We were then given the privilege to make cocktails for our Mistress and serve them and then we were judged on the taste, skill, speed and ability to follow our chef’s recipe. Following the cocktail class, we were quizzed on our understanding of the Seven Standards of sissy maid success - which encompass all the important aspects of SERVICE - Selflessness, Excellence, Respectfulness, Vigilance, Integrity, Commitment, and Etiquette.
These were the elements that were taught to us with different types of lessons. While Mistresses were taking rest and dressing up for the dinner, our Head Matriarch, Mistress Ava Von Medisin, taught all of us the techniques of silver service. By the time, we maids finished setting up the table, our chef prepared a full-three course feast for all the Ladies. We were then directed by our chef and we took the dishes to our Mistresses, who were having dinner on a beautiful lawn while enjoying the summer evening. Even during the dinner, Mistress taught us the proper way to serve food. After all, Etiquette is one of the essential aspects of the SERVICE. The meal looked scrumptious, all credit to our talented chef and all the Ladies enjoyed it a lot. Once the dessert was served, the Ladies dismissed us, maids, to have our dinner. Chef made a delicious pasta, which i loved and have noted the recipe too. After dinner, while the maids were busy with their clean-up duties, the Ladies went to get dressed in their loungewear. We were given our last class of grade one, which was foot service. All our Mistresses made so much effort to improve us, from Makeup tutorials to etiquette training, now it was our turn to help our Mistresses relax after a hard day. While we were tired from our 2-inch kitten heels, all the Mistresses were dressed beautifully, in at least 5-inch stilettos. After wearing heels for so long, i have more appreciation towards all the Ladies around the world, who can handle the pain of wearing heels and that too with so much grace. I tried to pour my appreciation by massaging the feet of my Mistress, i hope i was able to take some of that pain away. Finally, the long, entertaining and educative day came to an end and we went off to our beds. Morning came, and we were presented our certificates of successful completion of Grade One maid to perfection training by our Mistresses. I cannot wait for the further training courses by SDH, i would very much like to hone my SERVICE skill as i am quite sure Mistresses would like to test us when we return for further training. SDH had a wonderful environment, with the advocates of high protocol Femme-Domme teaching us the fundamentals of SERVICE. Observing us, Correcting us, Supporting us and Improving us. i will try my best and practice these teachings so that the efforts of our Mistresses do not go in vain. The best makeup tutorial and fine attention to detail on sissy etiquette.
The fellow maids were very supportive, my senior maids taught me and reminded me of the proper etiquette. They were very hard-working, always ready to clean after the Mistresses. Both of them motivated me to work better. Excellent chef, who not only taught us skills of serving but also taught us how to prepare drinks and directed us while serving the food, his experienced coaching is most appreciated. Mistresses were very kind and supportive and permitted me ample rest so that i won’t have to embrace the teaching on a tired body and mind. SDH secretary, Rina’s artwork was fabulous. Even before the event, i was checking the social media pages of SDH every day, just in anticipation of some new artwork. It was a wonderful experience and for me, who is usually very shy and introverted, i couldn’t ask for a better place to learn the important SERVICE element. I hope to apply all these teachings whenever i serve a Lady. For anyone who is interested in high-protocol Femme-Domme or FLR, SDH is a good starting point. Supportive, instructive and knowledgeable Ladies teaching you, what more a sissy can ask for. Then on to the first lesson of makeup which for me was a new experience doing my own. With help, this was done. Then on to entering and leaving the room respectfully. Followed by place setting a table and food service. Plus how to make a cocktail.
I learned a lot and had a good time doing it with a good group of fun Mistresses. The other maids were lovely to work with.
